There remains for us only the very narrow way, often extremely difficult to find, of living every day as though it were our last, and yet living in faith and responsibility as though there were to be a great future...

BatteryRefill.com update

Just wanted to write that about 10 months after the battery was refilled, I noticed that it was holding much less electricity than before.  The battery after refill operated for about 2 and 1/2 hours, which is what the original battery would do.  Everything was fine until a few weeks ago.

The reason I’m writing this update is that the customer service was exceptional.  BatteryRefill.com states that there is a one year warranty on refilled batteries.  I explained my problem in the online support form, and they issued a return shipping label (at their expense) within an hour or two.  I’ll post again when I get the battery back.
So I would still highly recommend BatteryRefill.com.  The refill last year was absolutely great, and the laptop battery ran like new afterwards.  The problem I have now does happen to battery packs on occasion; sometimes an individual cell will go bad prematurely, but I’m glad that they are willing to take care of a customer.   If you are looking to save money on laptop batteries, you really ought to check these guys out.   I’ve been very pleased with their product, technology, and their customer support.

Great for you. Your experience was a rare one.

They had my battery for nearly two months. After promises of new cells were to arrive any day, they told me my battery was irreparable and would issue a refund.

That was two weeks ago. No refund as of yet. After several phone calls, I have yet to get thru or to have my calls returned.

Just google “batteryrefill.com” to witness the sundry users they’ve taken advantage of.
